現在当社で活躍している海外からのスタッフは２名（フィリピン・韓国）です。
私たちの市場は日本だけではなくグローバル展開をしているため、文化が異なる環境で学ばれてきたからこそ新しい視点やアイディアがとても重宝されています。また、海外出張の時も通訳を介さずとも直接交渉や契約、日本に帰ってきてからもメールやり取りなど日常的に行っていただいています。
２人は①フィリピン→名古屋→鹿児島（2015年入社）、②ソウル→鹿児島（2012年入社）と、実は共通していることは、大都会からの移住。都会での生活に少し疲れたことや、山や海に囲まれた場所で落ち着いて仕事ができることをとても魅力に感じています。
いろいろな文化が集まるからこそ、世の中に存在しない新しい発想が生まれると考えます。

We currently have two staff members from overseas who are actively contributing to our company's success (from the Philippines and South Korea). As our market extends beyond Japan with a global presence, their exposure to diverse cultures has been highly valued, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas. They handle direct negotiations, contracts, and daily communication without the need for interpreters, even during overseas business trips. Interestingly, both individuals have relocated from major cities: one from Manila to Nagoya and then Kagoshima (joined the company in 2015), and the other from Seoul to Kagoshima (joined  the company in 2012). They find the tranquility and the ability to work in a place surrounded by mountains and the sea appealing, as they had grown a bit tired of city life. We believe that the convergence of different nationalities fosters the birth of innovative thinking. We have an environment where individuals can thrive regardless of their nationality, and we look forward to meeting you.
